FAQ

How much energy does a USDT transfer need?

65,000 if the recipient already holds USDT, and 131,000 if it does not: the first transfer to a new holder also creates the record of its balance.

Is renting TRON energy cheaper than burning TRX?

Yes, in every window. Without energy the network burns TRX instead, 6.5 TRX for a typical USDT transfer (65,000 × 100 SUN), and renting the same energy costs a fraction of that, least of all off-peak.

Do I need an account to buy TRON energy?

No. Paste the address in the Wallet tab and pay from your wallet, or open Send TRX and simply send TRX from any wallet. An account is needed only for the API and subscriptions.

Can you move my USDT if I rent energy from you?

No. Delegation only adds energy to your address and gives us no access to the wallet. We never ask for a private key or a seed phrase.

Why did my transfer fail even though I rented energy?

Usually bandwidth: a USDT transfer also spends about 345 bandwidth, and an address with none left and no TRX to burn cannot send. Keep about 0.35 TRX on the sending address, or rent bandwidth as well.

When is TRON energy cheapest?

Off-peak, the longest window of the day. The price map above shows every window in your time zone, and the price panel shows when the current one ends.

What happens if I send the payment with the wrong memo?

It is not filled and not refunded, so check the memo before you send. With an empty memo, the energy goes to the address that paid.

How long does delivery take?

Usually seconds. We delegate as soon as your payment appears on chain and close the order once the energy shows on the address.
