Who is responsible
TEnergy Labs (“TEnergy”, “we”) operates tenergy.me and its API and decides how the data below is used. Questions and requests: support@tenergy.me or Telegram.
What we collect
We do not ask for your name, documents or any private key or seed phrase. What we keep comes from using the service:

Our servers also keep technical request logs (IP address, time, requested path) for security and troubleshooting.
Addresses, payments and delegations are recorded on the TRON blockchain. That record is public and permanent, and neither we nor anyone else can change or delete it.
Why we may use it
- To provide the service you asked for: orders, delivery, your account, refunds.
- Legitimate interest: keeping accounts and the service secure and preventing fraud and abuse.
- Legal obligation: keeping accounting records and answering lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
What is stored in your browser
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner. The site stores only what it needs to work:

Who else receives data
- The TRON network, when a payment or delegation is made.
- TronGrid, a public TRON node service your browser contacts when you pay from a connected wallet.
- WalletConnect, only if you connect a wallet through it; its relay passes messages between the site and your wallet.
- Energy providers, which receive the receiver address when an order is filled from their capacity.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, which process data on our behalf.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to disclose data.
How long we keep it
Account, order and payment records are kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. On-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to hand it over in a portable format. We delete what the law does not require us to keep. You may also complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@tenergy.me.
Age
The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
