Rounding is always up and always last: the amount to 1,000 units, the unit price to 0.01 SUN, the order total to 1,000 SUN.
Energy is priced by the hour of the day: the grid has seven windows, cheapest through the night in UTC and highest in the afternoon peak, and every window sits at or above the live market reference for the same tier. The price map above shows the windows in your own time zone.
The smallest unit of TRX: 1 TRX = 1,000,000 SUN. Energy is priced in SUN per unit of energy for the whole rental window, so 65,000 energy at 20 SUN/unit costs 1,300,000 SUN, or 1.300 TRX.
No. It is the published grid. A binding price comes from a quote, which pins the number for 120 seconds; pass its id when you create the order and you are charged exactly that, even if the period rolled over in between.

A shorter tier is never priced above a longer one in the same window: if the market reference would force that, the shorter tier is simply not offered in that window rather than published at a worse price.
